Excel 810-T24 The 810-T24 is a larger machine than the PMC5VT20. The 810-T24 has travels of 32x20x22 and a 25 tool capacity. A double-arm tool changer switches tools in 2 seconds with chip to chip times around 4 seconds. Tool selection is both random and bi-directional. The 810-T24 is also equipped with a Renishaw TS27R probe.

Okuma LNC-8C The Okuma LNC-8C is a production lathe equipped with a hydrodynamic bar feeder, parts catcher and chip conveyer. The machine can bar feed stock up to 1.75" diameter by 12' long. The bar feeder, parts catcher, and chip conveyer allow t his machine to run unattended. Turning capacity of the LNC-8C is 9x19.

Starrett HGC 2018-16 The Starrett HGC 2018-16 is a coordinate measuring machine that we use to verify that machined dimensions match drawing dimensions. In addition to part verification the HGC can be used for reverse engineering. Measuring a part and then using software to convert from the coordinate measuring machine data to an IGES data. The IGES file can then be read into a CAD system for manipulation.
