CBR Industries Quality Assurance Department has multiple qualified and experienced personnel. Our technicians are skilled in using all necessary QC equipment such as, thread plugs, ring gages, optical comparators and are deeply involved in every step of the machining process. Our technicians are also trained to use our Controlled Documentation System which gets you the critical information you need. Final inspection isn't where our job ends. Post production checking steps include customer feedback, surveys, and or other marketing vehicles to determine if customer needs are being exceeded and why they are or are not.

CBR utilizes state of the art coordinate measuring machines that can be used to verify that machined dimensions match drawing dimensions, and can also be used for reverse engineering. Measuring a part and then using software to convert from the coordinate measuring machine data to an IGES data. The IGES file can then be read into a CAD system for manipulation.

All of these steps help us maintain a high level of customer service by providing products and services that meet or exceed our customer expectations.
