CBR Industries Mori Seiki CNC horizontal machining center is used to manufacture numerous types of parts in volumes from 10-10,000. The Mori Seiki uses a palletized loading system to load stock the machining center remove excess using a rotating cutter that moves around the part in multiple axes to the work piece mounted to the pallet. Live tooling allows us to swap cutting tools automatically during the shaping of the part to achieve the required depths and dimensions for the part.
